Company-Wide Quality Control
At Metropolitan Building Services, we take great pride in the quality control measures we have implemented company-wide. The driving force is a three-step process of quality management:
The first step is to define quality from the customer’s point of view.
Prior to commencement of service, in conjunction with building management, we distribute audits to establish the needs and expectations of the customer.
The second step is measuring quality to gauge success.
This is accomplished through a follow-up audit of the tenants and/or management and evaluating their satisfaction.
The final requirement is managing quality so that problems are prevented and eliminated.
We accomplish this through our corporate structure consisting of executive and administrative personnel, field managers, and cleaning personnel.

Metro Detroit, LLC has received the highly sought-after Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) designation from the City of Detroit.
