Provide Cleaning Staff with Newest Technology and Equipment
Our field staff meets on an ongoing basis with our suppliers to make sure that the cleaning staff is provided with the newest and most state-of-the-art equipment. Our partnership with our vendors ensures us that when newer or safer products become available we are made aware of this.
Service Delivered When Promised
All production work is on a computer, which automatically prints a work ticket when a job is to be done. This ticket is then sent via facsimile to our district office.
Track Progress of Cleaning Personnel
All cleaning personnel files are kept in a computer database. Their progress is checked based on their productivity and job performance. We are a company that practices promotions from within the organization. This information is then used to evaluate the staff and the efficiency of the operation.
Eliminate Wasted Time
Wasted time is eliminated through quality control. Waste occurs because certain work is not done properly the first time. By properly training our staff and utilizing supervision, we believe that wasted time can be eliminated.
Improves Supervisory Lines of Communication
This means better interfacing with the cleaning personnel. Lunch hour is used to discuss the nightly activities of the building. This is a question and answer session and items that need to be taken care of are addressed.
More Realistic Scheduling
Our experience shows that production has its limitations. There are times when a service can no longer be provided efficiently. This occurs because of an overload on the work force. Therefore, all work is scheduled with realistic expectations. This eliminates rework, as the job has been done properly the first time.
